Genius Deconstructed

So this article talks about Einstein, who we all know was a physicist.  But what I took away from this wasn’t what he worked on, but how.

Einstein was constantly thinking about what he loved- physics.  As the article says, he was a third-class examiner in the Swiss patent office when he thought up what it would be like to travel alongside a beam of light.  Einstein shows that you can always be thinking and can come up with new ideas anywhere.

He even worked and thought all the way to his deathbed.

This connects to my research because physics isn’t a topic that can only be discussed with paper and pencil or computer (though they do help).  Physics is ideas, thoughts, and new ways of looking at things.
